How to schedule your appointment
No referral is needed to schedule an appointment at our hospital.
There are 3 ways to schedule your pet's appointment for their procedure:

What will happen at your pet's appointment?
A registered technician will greet you in the lobby and bring you into an exam room to begin the check-in process.
The technician will walk you through the pre-anesthetic forms, the plan for the procedure, and answer any questions you may have.
The Doctor will examine your pet and determine if we can move forward with the procedure that day.
The Doctor will discuss with you if any new concerns arise during the exam. If no new concerns arise your pet will be placed in a kennel and the procedure will continue as planned.
What will happen after your pet's procedure?
The Doctor will give you a call as soon as your pet is awake following their procedure and set up a discharge time with you.
Payment is due at admission. If any remaining balance is due following the procedure we will send you a text to pay link. You also have the option of paying in person at discharge.
At discharge a registered technician will walk you through any medications going home and at-home care instructions.
We will follow-up with you the day after your pet's procedure to check in on them and answer any questions you may have.
